Doctoral workshops normally procede the EBEN Annual Conferences. Their aim is to give young academics who are preparing their PhD an opportunity to present and share their ideas and findings in the field of business ethics as well as to establish and broaden their network in this field.

 The 2011 EBEN doctoral workshop, which preceeded the AC in Antwerp,
was organized by dr. Tobias Gößling, Tilburg University (Netherlands)
and dr. Julia Roloff, ESC Rennes School of Business (France).
All participating were unaniumous:
this was a high quality doctoral workshop.
